The mobile phone is a truly personal item and when it breaks, it can be both expensive and cumbersome if it gets into the wrong hands.

At Mobylife, we believe it should be safe and easy to send the phone for repair and we are proud to offer authorized service both online and in our store.  

This is how it works:

1 – Select model and problem

Use the drop-down menus above to select the brand, model, and one or more issues. If you do not find your problem exactly, you can choose 'Other', describe your problem to us and we will return with a price estimate when we have examined the phone. 

2 – Check your order

Read your order and supply more details in the text box. Remember to tell us if your phone is covered by a valid warranty or insurance. Choose payment method and proceed to checkout. Once your purchase is registered, we will send you an email with information on how to prepare, package and send your device.
