It's easy!

This is how it works:

1 – Select model and problem

Use the drop-down menus above to select the brand, model, and one or more issues. If you do not find your problem exactly, you can choose 'Other', describe your problem to us and we will return with a price estimate when we have examined the phone.

2 – Check your order

Read your order and supply more details in the text box. Remember to tell us if your phone is covered by a valid warranty or insurance. Choose payment method and proceed to checkout. Once your purchase is registered, we will send you an email with information on how to prepare, package and send your device.

3 – Send your phone

Prepare and pack your phone according to our instructions. Print the shipping slip, attach it to the box and send the package via the nearest mail delivery. Save the receipt for the shipment.
