It's easy - This is how it works!

1 - Select model and problem

Use the dropdown menus on our "create repair" page to select brand, model and problem(s). If your device or problem is not in the dropdown menu, simply describe your issue and we'll get back to you with a cost estimate.   

2 - Review your order

Review your order and don't forget to tell us if you have a valid insurance and/or warranty.

Select payment options and proceed to check-out.

Once the purchase is finalized we'll send you an email with instructions on how to pack and send us your device.

3 - Visit the post office

Prepare your phone according to our instructions. Print the freight label, attach it to the box and visit your local post office.

It’s as simple as that!
